I bought two of this soda can robots because it was the first-time 4-H project for County Fair my grandson built, just in case the first one went wrong. He is 10 years old and had a great time building it all by himself, we didn't need the second robot but he wants to build it also and maybe modify it a little, just for fun. He received a State Fair Purple for it!
For beginners I would suggest an adult read the instructions out loud to the builder, they can be a little confusing to the novice. I liked that all that was needed was a small screw driver. My grandson is a computer wiz and we had a wonderful time, took only 30 minutes, building this eye-catching robot together.
