I know it says that this is for 5 years and up, but my 13 month old son absolutely loves this piano. It's very durable, he throws it everywhere, drags it along with him, and it's held up remarkably well.

My main complaint is that the auto-play is INCREDIBLY loud! I don't really know how or why, but it gives me a headache and of course his favorite thing to do is to push the auto-play button. Other than that, I definitely recommend it for toddlers. I feel as though the keyboard may be too small for a 5 year old, it fits perfectly in my 1 year old's hands but can't imagine a 5 year old playing with it.

my four year old grandaughter really enjoys playing with this toy, she loves music and has a great time making musi with this by herself, i think it makes her feel like a big girl good move on my part

It is a little smaller than I first realized but it ended up being the perfect size. My one-year-old can carry it everywhere!
