I was pleased with this product. Is it a Zeiss?? Of course not, but you won't pay $60 bucks for a Zeiss either. For the price, it is a worthwhile purchase. Made of real metal, not some cheap china plastic piece of crap that will immediately seek maximum entropy and a state of total randomness the moment you remove it from the box.

Find yourself a good source of light (I use a flexible LED table lamp from Ikea) and you can take amazing pictures of bugs and plants using your DSLR and a microscope attachment. Heavy duty, no plastic parts. Worth the money and more. I own several AmScope products and I am quite pleased with their workmanship and their customer service.
