This game is well worth the money. Actually it is a quality rock collection and a game at the same time. It has real rocks and geological specimens, the cards are bright and educational, the game is fun and it comes in a see-through container that's a bright color just perfect for kids to use in their collecting of things. I am a retired middle school librarian. I had book fairs where books and games were sold. This game is top-notch and has an attractive price for what you get. I would recommend it to anyone as a gift for kids. I am very pleased with the one I received. I give it 2 thumbs up.

I have purchased many things from Amazon and have been very happy, but I've never felt compelled to write a review before now. This is such a great game for kids! What a very creative and fun way for kids to learn without even realizing that it's educational! We bought this for our grandson, and he loves it! My husband is a retired First-grade teacher and he thinks it would be a great classroom tool for kids to use in school as well. I can even see using it as birthday party game! There are real rock specimens and interesting fact cards included, too I haven't seen my Grandson have this much fun with a game before. It is also very compact, with a nice carrying case. My husband and I highly recommend this game! Well worth the money!

What a great game!!! Kids love playing Rock On and playing with the beautiful rock specimens. Specimens are colorful and great size. Fun fact cards are educational and pop with color. Packaged in colorful carrying case with handle just right for kids to grab an go. I love that the kids are learning facts about geology while playing and having fun. Now on walks they look for rock specimens of their own. Great game for play dates. What could be better than "Made in America"! Make a great Christmas gift.

We received this game as a birthday present for my 6-year-old and he loves it! He and his older and younger siblings (literate and pre-literate, boys and girls) are all able to play together and have so much fun learning what the names of rocks are. This game is tactile and wonderful for curious rock-hounds-to-be. A sure bet.
