I'm not exactly an expert, but this is extremely realistic. Bought as spooky decor rather than a study aid, so a medical student may have a different opinion. Quite satisfying for such a low price and a lot of fun for upsetting house guests. Surprisingly heavy, should you be in the market for an unusual choice of blunt object. It's also bigger than I thought it would be, so if you want this for any kind of artistic reason, be aware this is the size of a large man's humerus.
