The sandpaper letters itself are well made and will last a long time. The problem I have is the way it is package. I also bought the lowercase letters and the numbers. 2 of them had a broken wooden box because of the way it is packaged. It is not protected enough and the bottom of the box breaks apart. Overall, I still recommend this product since the box was very quickly replaced bu the seller and I had a great experience.

Not really Montessori letters. only vowels supposed to be colored blue,this set has a blue consonant.Also some letters not centered.

we are working on our letters and these are really helping. my one son learns best by hands on. this not only helps him feel the letter as he traces it but he now remembers the letter and sound better. we are now putting some of them together on the floor so he can see that it makes a word. the light bulb is going off. I would love a little hand book on how to use them better and what the difference is in the color, but they are working for us just as they are.
