I use these cards to organize my study set of slides. I've been very happy with them. Out of the hundreds of cards I've used, I think I had two that the plastic front came unglued. Obviously, you can't turn the cards upside down (the slides will fall out), but the slides don't get stuck in the slots (like in plastic sheet slide holders). I usually write the history on the front and the correct diagnosis on the back, and my only issue is that the back is coated in a shiny material that makes some inks smear. Other than that, a great product.
