The piano idea is great and the sound is fairly realistic. It lets you play more than one note at a time. The graphics seem like a step up from vtech's other non-innotab lower end "tablets" -and the little bear is pretty cute. I just think that by the time a kid is ready for some of the games on this, he or she is going to want something more like a leap pad/kindle/iPod/etc. At almost $20, this isn't cheap and you might be better off spending $45 to get a used Leappad2 on eBay or something. But this would be fun for a 2 or 3 year old to play around with. I just think some aspects of it will be too challenging. I was actually pretty impressed with it though overall, and I usually hate vtech. :)
