Don't shy away from it's steep price. Think of it as 7 educational toys in 1 which will make you realize you're getting a great bargain. The cylinders are well crafted (nothing less for a Montessori toy) and my son enjoys dabbling with them for increasingly long sessions at a time. There's so much a child can learn about sequencing, geometry, weights and shapes. This should keep your little one mesmerized while learning as they use their hands.

Several of the cylinders are too large and get stuck. Otherwise well made. I will now have to sand them down and refinish the ones that are too large.

These are worth every penny. The quality is amazing and my toddler (2 y.o.) is mesmerized by them. I fell in love with them myself the minute I opened the box. Highly recommend.
