Review of The Magic School Bus Chemistry Lab
This fit the bill for a 9 year old homeschooled boy who wants to explore chemistry. While some of the experiments were really failures...not sure if it was our fault or the materials...it is still fun to explore and learn together. Experiment cards are interesting, but do not do a good job of teaching the principles behind the experiments. If you are interested in really teaching early chemistry, this is not the kit for you. If you are interested in seeing cool things happen, with minimal explanation for the principle. then give this a go.
