Got these for my 4 year old to have something to do while I work out. Both 4 year old and my 2 year old love doing the exercises on the cards! Great idea!

I participated in an event for kids. Each group had to come up with an activity that corresponded with a letter of the alphabet...Our letter was(I). We titled our activity...... kids " IN ACTION" .....and the cards were great.....

I bought these to add some variety to our children's morning exercise routine. They enjoy using them, and it keeps me from having to come up with different exercises. We haven't tried any of the games yet, since the weather is still warm enough that we play outside. But, I expect to use those this winter while indoors. The only thing I don't like about them is that some of the exercises don't have enough explanation and/or good enough picture. And I've had to modify some of them to make them a bit more challenging. Overall, however, I think they have been a good addition to our activities.
