We got this keyboard for my son for Christmas. He has really enjoyed it. The microphone is a bit difficult to use (you have to have your mouth on the microphone to get it to work) but everything else has worked well. The scratch pad makes record scratch noises when turned one direction and makes "boing" sounds in the other. It shows the notes as you play and it has fun graphics that go along with the pre-programmed songs. Ours even came with batteries. The only thing we have had issues with, was our son drooled on the keyboard while trying to use the microphone (he puts the microphone in his mouth to get it to work) and the keyboard stopped working. We let it dry out for a couple of days and it works again.

We got this for our 4 year old's birthday. She loved it! It was the hit of the party. All of the kids needed a turn (and yes each put the microphone in their mouth).

All was great until the first child picked it up ... and dropped it. Immediately the left speaker was out. A couple of drops later, the right cut out and the entire thing was useless. We were very disappointed. Eventually I opened it up to see that the wires were all severed.

My advice, either open the keyboard up and duck tape the wires or bolt the keyboard down so that it does survives normal wear and tear (associated with a 4 year old).

I bought this item for my two-year old who loves music, but both my five and eight year old are enjoying it too. I have looked at other keyboards in this price range for little ones. This one is a great value.

I looked at the reviews before I purchased the toy and decided to go with it since there weren't very many complaints. I always think to myself "if one person doesn't like the product but three people do, then I probably won't have any problems". I was wrong. This toy looks very cheap and has a bad sound quality. The screen of the keyboard looks like something I may have had when I was a kid in the 90's. A few of the keys were out of tune and I had to turn it off and then back on to get the "violin" button to stop playing. Although, my two year old could care less about these issues, I just know I can do better. That's why its being shipped right back to where it came from on Monday.

I bought this keyboard for my daughter's second birthday. It came securely packaged and looked just as I expected, except for a few color differences. Batteries were included and already in place, which I appreciated; I could test it immediately and my daughter could play with it even before it was taken out of the easy-to-remove packaging.

The keyboard features a surprisingly large number of different instrument sounds and dance-style rhythms for a young child's toy. The turntable is a fun feature, as is the microphone; the latter sounds a bit fuzzy, but that could be because kids tend to put their mouths directly on microphones instead of simply near them. There is a wide range of volume control, which is nice for parents. We haven't had any qualms about this product's durability.

My daughter loves this keyboard; even my two other kids, boys ages nine and ten, enjoy it. This was a very satisfying purchase, especially considering the reasonable price, and I'd recommend it to anyone whose child enjoys rhythm and music!
