I purchased this way overpriced fat with dreams of creating the most exquisite fried chicken. To my surprise/great dismay...this must be some sciency GMO inundated fat. It doesn't even melt! It just catches on fire and makes toxic smoke that you can't get the smell out of your curtains! It does have a rich, nutty taste, however.
