Bought this as part of an Arduino starter kit for myself and my son. Pretty much is as listed. Wires were intact and formed well. All wire worked well with the breadboard that was purchased.

Works pretty good with my solderless breadboard. It's just colored wire with the ends pre-stripped, but they keep my projects looking nice and neat if I take the time to select the correct wire length and/or move things around so they sit flat.
