We actually use this little car a LOT for our experiments not just for wheels but friction, incline planes and more. Great fun

My 3 year old daughter loves Sid and my husband loves science so I thought this would be a good fit for them. They had fun with the kit, however one set of the wheels didn't work so we lost a bit of the experiment. The predrilled holes in the wheels were too large for the spindle on the car, so she was unable to try the square wheels and was a little disappointed.

While I'm still a fan of the magic school bus, Sid the Science Kid is pretty great too. Currently it's one of the hit kids shows on PBS. This kit is perfect for anyone who's a fan of the show or just curious about the world around them.
