I received the cards as a gift...and Oh what fun they are! The sets teaches a child about body awareness, as well as position in space. AND they are so much fun to look at...the graphics pull you into trying them out. I would have given them more stars if they were thicker. I laminated them, hoping they will last longer.

The kids love working with "Otis". His yoga moves are appropriate for different ages and ability levels. The cards are large and easy to see.
