I bought this for my 2 yr old daughter. At first I had to help her and give her direction as to how to play with it, but now she likes taking it out herself and playing with/using it. The box is sturdy and all the pieces store nicely inside. If you are looking for an educational and change of pace type of activity this fits the bill! One suggestion would be if the set had more foam pieces for the pegs for when more than one child plays with it.

my 1.5 yr old loves this toy. has multiple functions as the shapes come in a durable plastic sheet that my daughter uses as a puzzle board. great to practice fine motor skills as well as counting, colors and shapes. Comes in a nice box for great storage.

This is a simple and in expensive set. But, we love it. I don't keep it I our normal toy rotation, but my kids k ow where it is and frequently ask for it, there are a lot of uses for it. We are very happy.

My child enjoys this toy, especially the tactile feel of the puzzle parts. The pegs are nice and large and stack well together. She is old enough to sit and play a game with it, so it works well for a preschool age group as well as younger kids. This has been great for developing hand-eye coordination and motor skills. I highly recommend this toy, which is made in the USA.

I ordered this product the for preschool I run and while the kids really enjoy the shapes and putting together the puzzle, the pegs are not compatible with other pegs on the market. We are constantly trying to separate the two different types to prevent frustration and crying. It was a bit of a disappointment when we received the product and discovered we could either 1.) not use the included pegs at all or 2.) we had to find a way to keep them divided. Like I said, the shapes and colors fit perfectly into our lesson plans and even our 2 1/2 year olds love finding the puzzle shapes to fit but the pegs were very disappointing.
