The model kit is great because it has a high number of carbons and hydrogen. The main problem with the kit is that it feels unorganized it would of been nice to have a couple partitions inside the box to keep my elements and bonds organized. Also it would have been better if the all the hydrogens were full globes instead of the semi-circles that come with the kit. Aside from those two minor points the model kit is great for its intended purpose.

This model set is great! The box is about 8 1/2 long, 4 inches wide and about 2 inches thick. It is lightweight and easy to carry around whenever you need it. If you want a "bigger" picture, this is better to use than other model kits, which are thin and look like toothpicks and peas. It's easy to put together and breakdown. Most of the spheres are the size of a nickel and a few are about the size of a dime. For Organic Chemistry, this is especially helpful for understanding Newman Projections and Lewis Structures.

More than enough pieces to do about anything you could need to, but the hydrogen atoms are not spheres, but half-spheres which I understand, but makes it a bit annoying. also, the short connectors are not sufficient to hold the half-spheres to the carbon. They hydrogens like to pop off.

I am a biology major and also a very hands on person, with the kit I was given a better understanding of organic chemistry when I saw how everything worked together for myself. I would recommend this model kit to anyone in science classes from high school sciences and up!

Well, lets say I was expecting a better quality product.

The models are very poorly made. I thought they are going to be stiff and easy to handle, but they are made from very cheap plastic that breaks really quickly.
