Honestly, I'm not a huge fan of the "leap pad 2" now that my 5 year old son has been using it for a month (it was a birthday present). The products are expensive as all get out, and I'm not thrilled with myself for introducing him to another screen. That being said, this book is a really good reading aid, and is only mildly annoying to listen to from afar. My son enjoys it. I would consider buying another "Ultra eBook" if I weren't so set against him staring at a screen. We read to him every night, and I notice that he finds reading real books more appealing. I often catch him playing on the section of the book where you can change Mater's disguise, rather than on the reading "pages" of the book.

My son is three and he absolutely love this e book. He will "read" this book for an hour if i let him. The games are fun and easy enough for him. I definitely recommend this for anyone with Cars 2 fanatics :)
