I use this for my son (who has Sensory Processing Disorder) and he loves it! Getting 2 in a bag was even better, because we keep one in his backpack for around-the-town use if he gets worked up over something and needs a way to calm down.

My 2 yr old is Autistic and his OT suggested that I buy this for him. The bristles are soft and he does not fight me when I try to use it on his skin. The top of the brush is shaped so it is easy to hold.
