This should be in every household across America. I can see a big difference in my 4-yr. old already, and we've been using it for just a month. My son went from about 5 snacks a day to 3 much healthier snacks that he picks each morning and takes control over throughout the day. I recommend this product for everyone. My children are grown, but when my neices and nephews come over, they can't wait to pick out their snack to make. The recipes are diverse so I always have something on hand that can be made. It's become a treasure hunt for the kids and they're learning life-long good eating habits. It's also a reminder for me; I see the clock on my wall every time I go to the fridge, it prompts me to eat healthy! I'll be ready for the grandchildren:)
