This is a really cute, creative journal. It has different types of graphs which are appropriate for what you're measuring. I like to color in the answers when I have some free time. It's fun to try and answer the questions truthfully because it can actually tell you a bit about yourself and your life. I would get this as a gift for my creative friends because I think it's a lot of fun!

Between longing sighs and eye rolls, teens must have a dedicated navel gazing time in order to be well rounded individuals. This book provided the impetus to encourage my eye rolling daughter to roll those eyes inward toward the depths of her soul where the answers to life's pressing questions reside.

Buy it if you want your kid to be entertained. Forget it if you aren't cool with graphs of your teen's prior sexual/ non sexual relationships.

I bought this item thinking that it would be a fun little journal to keep to capture who I am at the moment. Some of the questions in this journal are more fun to go through than others. The graphs can be confusing but luckily there is a guide in the front for reference if you don't get how to do the ones you don't learn in basic schooling. If you are expecting this book to be mostly pie charts like the cover, it isn't. They have a pretty even amount of graphs for you fill out and color (if you want) but some are simply confusing with the question like a bar graph for the fulfillment of childhood and adult wishes. You have the freedom to fill in what you want and they give you suggestions for answers which is helpful and it is definitely good for self reflection. I am giving this 3 stars for the fact that I think I would enjoy and use this more if it was planned differently or with blank pages to put the graph you feel is appropriate instead of pre-drawn ones.

This is such a fun journal! I found it in a bookstore and couldn't part with it despite the fact that all six copies on the shelf had separated at the spine. The bookstore gave it to me at a discount and said that they had stopped ordering it because of this binding issue. I bought it for myself so I don't mind the flaw, but beware if you're buying it for someone else!
