Got this for my 5 year old daughter (in pink) for Christmas and this is by far her favorite toy. She plays with it for hours and is completely satisfied. She has watched a lot less TV because it keeps her so entertained and I never thought a toy would do that in our house! Thank you Fisher-Price for a GREAT toy!! I highly recommend this product!!

I received the package and the install cd was completely cracked. The product does not update and doesn't even recognize itself when it's plugged in (although I can see it on my computer). I called the customer service center. They directed me to the web download for the software. I downloaded it on three different computers and none of them would execute the uploading, customizing or transfer. I also never received the bonus disney princess software that was supposed to be included in my order.

The only problem with this toy is i gave it to my grandaughter christmas morning and by 4 p.m. the batteries were already dead!! I put in energizers? Is there some kind of charging system for this toy? she loves it and wont put it down and she is 3.

And yes, I agree fisher price has the same toy for 80.00

This is an excellent educational toy. We bought this for our almost 3-year-old. My only complaint is that Amazon is so expensive. Fisher Price's website has the same exact thing for $80.00.
