I like the idea of a globe that looks like earth sitting on you desk spinning around. Sometimes when a light is turned on after it has been in the dark, it spins backwards for a time then reverses few times before it corrects itself finally. Also, I saw one of these in a store (the geographical model) and the globe printing was crisp and clear. Really beautiful. The printing on this globe that I received was a bit fuzzy and looked as if it had been sitting in a window or outside because the top part of the globe was faded compared to the bottom. It is still a cool idea, I only wish the printing would have been a little better. If the printing was as good as the one I saw, I would rate this 5+. Maybe it would be best to purchase this locally so you can see it before you buy. If I ever see one that has good printing, I'll buy another.

I purchased this globe for my husband for his birthday. He saw one in the stores and loved it! I must admit we were very fascinated by this little globe and how it works. For several months we enjoyed this globe and how it would rotate. We just noticed that the globe was not moving and that the interior liquid in which the globe moves has leaked out about 1/4th of the solution. I must admit I am very disappointed when I searched my order and found out we couldn't return it. We spent $145 on this little trinket and I would have to say I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. We haven't even had this for 6 months. Save your money!

Although I like the Move Globes, the satellite view with cloud cover wasn't as detailed at other globes. Its still an interesting one to have.

I've never seen anything like it. It's fun to look at. It catches my attention whenever I walk past the door to my den or am sitting at my desk. It could be constructed better...glass instead of acrylic, higher quality inks for richer colors.
