Although I thought is was overpriced, this is definately a well constructed, quality stand and globe. It looks great in our family room.

After a close family member told us in passing about wanting a globe in his living room like this but not finding one in a store anywhere, we researched options and bought this one as a birthday gift. He says it is absolutely perfect. The wood is furniture quality, and the piece definitely fits in beautifully with his classic decor.
