For those with a little member(s) of Team Umizoomi running around their house, you may have been waiting for the Geo follow-up to Milli due to her awesomeness (and of course her ever-exceptional "pattern powers!"). Well, unfortunately in this case, what has come is far from a good thing. 1st of all, I must say that the quality of the construction is what you'd expect, it seems as though it would be a very durable toy. But since my kid, who turns three tomorrow, places very little value on durability though he has a knack for having tested it on many things since he graced us with his presence 3 short years ago.

In short, I've opted to not even let him see this toy. Why? Well, because we already have enough dust gatherers around here and his initial excitement that would come upon sight of our super-shape friend, Geo, simply isnt worth the fact that his interest in the little guy would fade in less time than it would take to free the toy from the box. It is Milli dressed as Geo different voice and clothes but the same exact activities (sans one + the use of the word "oblong" when pressing the oval on his foot). The "mighty music mixer," "1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 song" and the few other things Milli does are done here as well. The worst thing is that unlike Milli, Geo doesn't even sing his part of the theme song (you know, "I'm Geo, I can do anything with my shaaapes") nor does he EVER say "super shapes." Can you tell that even dad is let down by this pathetic sequel to a great and well thought out original?

In closing, if you don't have Milli, this will most likely be a hit (the reason for the 3 stars). On the other hand though, if you do have her, your 50 bucks can go a lot further than this example of laziness from our wallet draining pals at Nick Jr. will take it.

Exactly as described. Several songs about shapes and numbers. Just the right size and soft so my grandson can cuddle it.

I was unable to find this Geo doll locally and on numerous websites it was sold out or out of stock. I didn't shop around like I should have for pricing. Usually I try to find the best deal and I dropped the ball here. This is made by Fisher-Price, I was on their website and this item was priced for $30.00. At ToysRUs stores it is $29.99. I paid $59.01!!!! I feel so incredibly ripped off and taken advantage of. My son has a genetic disorder and is disabled. This was something I ordered quickly because we have a lot of specialist appointments coming up and he LOVES Geo so I thought this would help him during doctor visits and stuff.

It did the trick, he loves it and it's a great toy, but shop around!! I paid double here. Due to our son's illness he requires special things that insurance does not pay for and we have to pay out of our budget. We barely make ends meet so this thirty dollar loss was big for us and I'm just so disappointed. I don't understand why it was so expensive here.

There is no excuse for this inflated price.

after taking so long to be delivered it was beyond words to describe the feeling at seeing her face when our special needs 10year old granddaughter opened the parcel, she is mad about umizoomi and has searched every shop in the vicinity looking for anything relating to umizoomi with no luck. Wishing you all the best you have made a little girl and her family extremely happy.
