I was under the impression that this came with the Bugsby reading pen it didn't. I spent $20 on a book! I still kept this book and went ahead and purchased a few more books and the reading pen. I really wanted to get this for my son for Christmas a few years ago and I still did I spent more than what I wanted but in the end he enjoys it and it's helped him recognize different words.

We bought this for our four year old and keep it in the car so she gets entertainment. She absolutely loves it. I'm sad that there's not many of these anymore cause I'd love to get her more variety.

i got this reading system for my nephew for the christmas holiday and so far he knows all the words in the book without the help of the pens he knows how to spell them too.
