The inside was sealed so I guess it was new, however, the manual was missing. The website only had a four page sample of the manual. After emailing the company, I was sent a PDF. My only complaint now is that the Finalio was only 1/2 full. I think it may have evaporated. Still, I really appreciate that the company got back to me so soon and my daughter can use her kit.

my granddaughter loves it. I got it for her previous Christmas and she wanted another one. so she plays with it a lot.
