Cheap Connie Coyote's 11"x17" Laminated Chart of 20 Faces of Familiar
got this on the suggestion of an instructor for foster families. This helps little ones show you how they are feeling, especially the traumatized ones. I had the foster child tell me where she wanted it put up, in the hallway, and it has really given her a sense of empowerment and dialogue. Love itAs a clinical social worker, I am always looking for fun tools to keep children I work with entertained! This feeling poster is wonderful, particularly since it has animal faces instead of human faces. Parents, younger and older children alike enjoy the playful nature of the coyote expressions. This poster is such a useful resource to help my clients identify their feelings, which is such an important step in healing trauma! We play games with it too!
