The globe is great, but the included instructions fail to point out that it comes equipped with the correct adapter for use in the US. Some of the friends to whom I gave this globe as a gift were confused by the statement that a 230 v supply is needed.

This same globe has been in my office for at least three years now. Its a class act and draws a lot of attention. I don't like the other manufacturers products. Tried one of the others of the same size and it made a very irritating high pitch noise when levitating. I gave that one away. The small ones made by this manufacturer are great too but they're small amd just for the novelity effect ... which is cool but, I want the detailed text. BUY ONE... I am not a dealer. The globe is exceptionally pretty, vivid colors. The magnets are so strong that the slightest bump stops the levitation and it takes a very long time to get it back in the proper position to levitate again. Works as advertised. No complaints from me. Unfortunately, it just sits there in space. My 11 year-old is not impressed.
