My sons teacher gave him a compass as a prize at school, when i saw this i had to get it. Let me start by saying he loves the fact that it doubles as binoculars. He loves to search for roly polys and other bugs. In the beginning phases of having a toy like this one hes been very gentle but i know once it hits the floor based off the production its sure to take a lickin and keep on tickin. However once it takes its last hit ill order another. Good fun for the little explorer in your life.

My Grandson is a gadget lover and he was always playing with an old optic wonder that I have had for years. So, I got him one as an extra Christmas present. He was happy and played with it all day. These are great toys for kids to look at bugs and other cool things with.

We got this in the mail for free for my 7 year old. All 4 kids fought over it. The glass fell out very quickly, same day. But glue it cause the toy is so fun for kids and cheap price. I am back to buy 4 more.

This was broken in shipping so we never got to actually use it, but I saw it and it was not what we thought it was going to be. The reviews weren't horrible but from what I saw, it was nothing more than a classroom door prize...what I mean is, that it looks like something you might win from a carnival game, it is that flimsy. I wanted something more authentic for my $10 and this was not it.
