We received this as a gift for my 2 year old daughter. She was very excited to receive a drum along with all the other musical instruments. The recorder was an especially big hit. My complaint is with the drum My daughter is very dainty with her toys and even within the first few hours of playing the drum, slits began to appear in the top of the drum. Also,the drum top continues to fall off after only a few minutes of drumming. We thought at first we weren't snapping the drum lid back into place properly ( we were using the drum to store the other instruments when they are not being played with (it arrived packaged this way, so we assumed it was meant to do this), but quickly learned there is really nothing but a couple plastic tabs to "hold" it in place. My daughter was so excited about having a drum and yet I feel that she now gets very frustrated with it because it falls apart so easily. We have had the toy for a little over a month and I fear that the drum will not last, even with gentle play, until summer. The idea behind the product and the other instruments (albeit all plastic) is great but the cheap materials holding it together are a big disappointment and not what I would expect from a Disney product.

My 2 yr old daughter loves this! The toys seem durable so far. I think she will be using this for a few years.

I have 2 yr old twins and bought the Mickey and Minnie set , they love it and they are always playing with it , sadly my daughter lost one of the drum stick and we cant find it anywhere , does anybody know where i can get one of the drum stick , i really dont want to buy a whole set just for one piece

My 2 year old daughter got this as a birthday present. She loves music and Minnie Mouse so it was pretty close to perfect. Only problem is that within a couple of months the drum was broken. I understand that it's plastic, but was very disappointed to have to throw away the main component of the toy. My daughter still loves playing with the other instruments though so at least it wasn't a total loss.
