My son absolutely loves this toy. He has the Smart Wheels Garage Track and 4 of these vehicles. I gave this a good rating because the toy is awesome, but not for $18! Go to Toys R Us and only pay $8!

I found these same small, tiny, V-Tech cars, ambulances, etc. at a local toy store and each vehicle only cost, $7.99 EACH.

I bought this for my one year twin grandsons and they love it. The button on the front lights up and it plays several different songs. I also bought the VTech airport, which comes with an airplane and the VTech helicopter. So far they enjoy playing with the vehicles and teething on the airport pieces, but I think this is a toy that will grow with them for a couple of years. These toys are very sturdy. I see no visible teeth marks on the airport and the ambulance has withstood being thrown across the room like a ball. One of the best features is that you can turn it off if the noise gets to be a bit much and it can still be played with like a regular car.

This is a really cute toy. I know very little about buying kids' toys, but there was a little boy the same age as my nephew's baby in the store and he loved it. In fact, he dropped it from about 5 feet up (he was in his father's arms) and it didn't break. I'd call that a success. On the other hand, the price is unreasonable. We saw these trucks in Toys R Us for $7.99. If I didn't have to wait for another shipment (they were out of this one) then I would have just bought it there. In fact, I bought TWO different ones on line. The price is just way out of line. If it had been for anyone but my nephew's baby on his first Christmas (and my nephew is a firefighter/EMT, so the ambulance and fire truck are perfect) I would have just gotten something else. I guess I'll plan better next time.
