LOVE this toy. I have purchased many wooden toys from various manufactures for my son and this, by far, represents the best craftsmanship.
I like that it is a little more challenging for a child over a traditional "stacker" toy since the shape of the pieces have to be "just so" when in their proper order (i.e. not upside down). My 11 month old son likes to study the clown's little face. Due to his age, this can only be used under close supervision since he could easily hurt himself with the base since the center dowel could easily poke his eye out! This will be a toy that he can have fun with for some time since right now he just tries to place any one of the pieces back onto the rung, but eventually will learn to get them all on and in the correct order...
Overall, fabulous quality, durability and functionality. Bonus is that it looks nice just sitting on a self (out of reach, for now)... Recommended.

I just received this toy for my son's nursery. I ordered it because I like the fact that it claims to be handmade from non-toxic materials, and it also looks very unique. I do wish it was a little bigger, but that is really the only issue. Otherwise it seems to be a great toy---very colorful, more-so than you might expect from the online picture. It is solid wood with a shiny finish and looks perfect on the shelf in the nursery. I'm hoping that my son will someday enjoy it as much as I do!
