I got this set for my 1 and 3 year old daughters. It is extremely durable. The pins stay upright until knocked down. They pins also have a pleasant smell. The girls love playing with this set. I highly recommend it.

I am a pediatric physical therapist and have had this bowling set for over three years now. They are used on a daily basis and still look like new. They are definitely one of my more popular toys. I like that they are stable enough to stand up on carpet without falling over. Some kids like to squeeze the air out as well, which is great for hand strengthening. I bought this for my Grandson's 3rd birthday. He has down syndrome and I hoped this would help with his motor skills. He hasn't quite gotten the concept of ROLLING the ball, but he likes to help set up the pins and throw the ball at them.
