I love this product but am kinda ticked off to find out that sam ash has it for way cheaper. U tired calling them three times and they saud they did not carry it. well when i finally went the a few weeks later i found a whole shelf full of this product. other then that i love this product i can tune lower or higher my whole set in seconds and switch a broken head in minutes. it does not beat a perfectly tuned head but it is so much simpler and leaves me with more time banging on my drums at band practice then tunning them
