This brass telescope from Stanley London, and its leather case, were both exactly what we had hoped for. The telescope feels solid and good in the hand, and it extends and collapses smoothly. The magnification is the best it can be for a telescope this size (for extreme magnification, you must order a huge telescope with a floor stand, fyi). The leather case looks like something out of the days of the explorers in the days of Christopher Columbus in the late 1400s. We are very, very pleased with this telescope.
