Plentiful pairs to go around, eye-catching pictures. My 26 month old loved it immediately. The only complaint is that the orientation of the pictures are not in the same direction. As the cards are not squarish, I end up with different sized rectangular cards when I try to align them. To elaborate further, if I had stuck to a single rectangular shape for all cards, I may end up with a sand bucket that lies on its side instead of the right way up.

These cards (and the other categories offered by this company) are absolutely beautiful. I plan to utilize them for speech therapy, and I'm excited to have them. This was purchased for my toddler as a gift. The pictures are bright and realistic which I can truly appreciate and the card-stock is good quality (sturdy). My daughter has used it several times. The only thing that would have been nice was to print the item name on the back of the card so one could use it both for visual and reading/word identification learning. Only a suggestion.... I wrote the words on the back of the card and it seems to help my daughter and increase her vocabulary.
