Review of Skill Sharpeners Spell & Write, Grade 5
My daughter was behind in her language skills. Her teacher recommended a couple books for summer work. This book was my daughter's favorite. Some other books made her feel like a little kid, they talked down to her. This book treated her like a student wanting to improve. We did the 4th grade book first and the next summer we got the 5th grade book. She was caught up by then but doing a few exercises during the summer made starting the next school year so much easier.
