I ordered 2 of these toys. One for my daughter and one for my niece, both for their 2nd birthdays ( 4 days apart).
The toy is very well made, and really cute. The girls were both delighted to open them and tried their best to get the elephant to walk down the ramp. They were a bit young ( 3 months later and it's much better) but with our help they loved seeing the adorable elephant slowly make his way to the bottom of the ramp.
Unfortunately, my daughter's toy did not work properly and the elephant would stop after a few steps. My nieces worked perfectly. Luckily, AMAZON is really on top of their customer service!! Within a few hours someone had emailed me back with how to return the toy and they sent a new one in the mail. I live in Canada and am so impressed with how easily they took care of us! Thank you Amazon!! My daughter was so frustrated with hers that we had to hide it from her, so we are so excited to have a replacement.
I often order through Amazon as does my family. Their service is so great. I will choose them over other companies hands down.
I recommend this toy. It's cute, well made and looks beautiful in a child's bedroom. The elephant can be played with separately too which is great.
It's helping her to learn basic physics ( elephant will walk due to the angle), she has to balance the toy on the ramp which is great for her motor skills.I love this toy. I purchased this for our nephew and it seemed to be a hit. I love the little elephant, so cute. A simple and smart design.
