All of the resistors are sorted by size in a clearly marked package. It does not get better than this.

This is a great starter collection and covers an acceptable range of values. Color bands are distinctive (as compared to many cheap 1/4 watt resistors that require an ohm meter to determine the values because it`s so hard to tell blue, black, brown, gold, and purple apart).
