All the Learning Resources Jumbo animals (I have 4 sets now) are good quality. They look pretty realistic and accurate (not like mutants like some toys). They are made of that rubbery-plastic that is solid but will bend if you step on it and have no sharp points. They all stand up on their own very well, though the sheep from the farm set leans pretty bad but still stands up well enough for my 3 year old to be able to stand it up herself. They are pretty big, ranging from about 3 inches long or tall to close to a foot (I think the giraffe from the safari set is over a foot tall). In this set the dog is huge, probably 8 inches long, and the parakeet is the smallest, probably 3 or 4 inches, so no kind of scale to them (the dog is almost as big as the elephant). I would give them 5 stars but they are little pricey (around $25 per set) but overall I'm very happy with them and would (probably will) buy more.Best Deals for Learning Resources - Jumbo Animals - Domestic Pets
These are perfect for toddlers who love to put things in their mouths. There is no way kids could swallow one of these toys! They're hard plastic and BIG! I bought these for my nephew and he loved them.Honest reviews on Learning Resources - Jumbo Animals - Domestic Pets
I was eagerly waiting these animal set in order to teach my son his animal sounds and make it more interactive. Even though it fills the purpose I was disappointed on the quality of the animals, specially the ones with "fur" they seem to have some seams in the plastic on the butt area that make them look cheap. Some tails also seem ready to come off if you pull hard enough (which I can imagine my son doing in the foreseeable future).Still I went ahead and purchased the farm set as well since there's not much else to choose from in terms of size and these ones are perfect for little hands.
