I am committed to Earth-friendly journaling, but usually I find recycled paper and alternative papers hard to write on. I journal every day and am particular about a smooth writing surface. The reclaimed cotton of this book is fantastic. It takes the gel rollerball ink very well, and gives a pleasant flow. Having Lakshmi bless me each time I open it is a wonderful bonus, and I love that it supports women in India. It's also the perfect size for fitting in my purse or backpack. I am glad to have a journal that I enjoy and is easy on the environment. Overall a great product for me and the planet.

this note book is great. Exactly what I wanted. It is the perfect size. I bought it for the picture of Lakshmi the Hindu Goddess and can imagin using it for a long time!!
