This upgrade worked out of the box and increased available space for more complex sketches (I'm using Ethernet and X10). It does change the timer clock which impacts functions like millis and delay, as well as the Time library functions. This impact can be reversed in software. Virtualbotix was proactive in providing a software solution approach. Excellent technical support.
