As a bio major, I bought this to be able to help me out with future research papers and such. The scope is VERY good for home use and comes with a load of accessories to use for all things. You can tell its not a $800 microscope but it sure as hell is worth it for only $150. For anyone who wants a microscope to use at home and it not crazy about being able to see 1000000000000000000X, then i recommend this. (i wish it had a binocular eyepiece, but whatever monocular works too)
