My 3 year old son loves this booster pack! As a musician myself I think this pack is a wonderful addition to the Alphie card collection. Some of the cards included teach ear training, a variety of genres, common nursery songs, sound matching, rhythmic dictation, as well as several instruments. Although the sounds are digital-like they actually sound ok. All in all, this is a fun and educational booster pack that teaches some great lessons in sound and music. I highly recommend!

My son got Alphie for Christmas from his Grandma. Loves it like a new best friend!! He plays with it everyday. I thought the cards that come with Alphie are a little basic, but the booster packs are more advanced, which is great! My son bends the cards a little since he uses them so much, but they're holding up pretty good considering the use they're getting.

My son is into music and I thought this would be good for him to push buttons and learn different instrument sounds. I was right. He loves this pack over all the others we have. There is a setting that you can play one instrument at a time, then add or take away other sounds. It's neat to help him understand that the music he hears on the radio is different instruments and now he can name them. LOVE this product.

My son has a really great time with Alphie, and this expansion card pack is what he enjoys using the most. The default cards are fun, but the Music and Sounds pack is really appealing to kids who love music. Alphie plays songs, teaches children about instruments and musical styles. It is a great add-on for anyone who has Alphie and wants additional content for music fans. I noted durability at 3 because the cards do bend easily, but all of the card sets have the same problem. All of our bent cards still work, but my son has a few that are starting to look a little rough from being bent or handled too roughly.

My son is 4 and he LOVES these Alphie cards! The music is not at all annoying and is teaching him about different instruments, very engaging.
