this is a basic model of 4 (probably man-made) geodes to open.
it is more difficult than one might think.
if your tap is too light, nothing happens but some crumbling.
if your tap is too hard, the geode shatters.
we got one open in half out of 4.
the plus is they send you a half polished geode to keep.
did what it needed to do for our little home science project, but nothing special.
my child is in middle school.Rocks so nice small okay! No throw with hammer for buy. Okay I do and pop. Please me rock family.
