So many different grades cover the "living things" portion of life science and study the animal cell vs. plant cell and I am so glad I purchased this set. They are so colorful and just what I needed for all of my grade level science students. It is detail oriented. Is perfect for younger students because it will peak their interest, and with tons of information for the older students with all the details and color. Well worth having in my classroom. YAY!

The colors, information, and artwork are pristine as far as educational posters are concerned. These blow away the standard garbage you find at School Box and other teacher oriented schools. The students are actually drawn to the deep colors and interesting graphics such that they end up reading the content rather than ignoring the posters.

However, my spatial awareness is lacking and I had assumed wrongly that these were standard poster size. My own fault for not reading the dimensions. They are much smaller than I had anticipated, but they are still great pieces of work for any science class room.

Of the 4 posters, the living things poster was pretty ho-hum. The plant cell and animal cell posters were excellent. And if we have photsynthesis, I don't understand why the 4th poster isn't repiration. Overall, I am happy full sized posters, good color, good idea sheet for student use.
