My grandson loves this type of excavaction set; it doesn't involve putting bones together etc, you chisel the dinosaur as it lays flat in the cement. I have been able to find 3 different types of dinosaurs madee by this company and he has loved doing all of them.

I've bought several of these dinosaur dig kits for my niece who loves doing them.. She is always excited about what she is going to find.. It is a bit messy, but easy to clean up. You dod need some supervision with kids on this one. they are cheap enough to buy one for each kid so don't make them share, it's jus not as much fun... Best things about this dig, is you get to keep the bones/model to show off to your friends...

Takes awhile to chisel away down to the fossils (if trying to be careful). But once we started seeing bones my 4 year old son got really excited and insisted we finish. He was gripped by the activity until the end. He loves dinosaurs and this was a great way to let him play with dinosaurs in a new way.
