It was a little narrow for my vintage ukulele, but I made the adjustment and now it works great and doesn't slip like the older tuning pegs.

I needed tuning pegs for a cifteli and decided to give these a go and they work great. Reason I gave it 4 stars is because when I was tuning a ten gauge bouzouki string on my cifteli, one of them cracked. Now granted I shouldn't have been experimenting with a higher gauge string as a cifteli needs .007s rather than.010s so that was most likely due to my negligence, however all I needed to do was tune the peg in the opposite direction and all was well when I finally got my hands on some .007s.
